Quick Setup Guide

Get your ClubLinkTag profile live in 5 minutes

Step 1: Log In to Dashboard

Go to clublinktag.com/dashboard and log in with your account credentials.

Step 2: Complete Your Profile

1. Click Profile in the left sidebar

   This opens your profile hub where you manage your name, bio, avatar, and other key info.

2. Fill in your venue name

   Example: "The Royal Meath" or "Navan Nightclub"

3. Add a short bio

   2-3 sentences about your venue. Example: "🍺 Navan's favorite pub. Great drinks, live music every Friday."

4. Upload a profile photo

   Use your logo or a photo of your venue. This appears on your profile card.

5. Click Save

   Your profile updates instantly.

Step 3: Add Your First Links

Links are clickable shortcuts on your profile. Start with these essential ones:

1. Go to Profile → Links

   This is where you manage all links on your profile.

2. Click "Add Link"

   The add link form opens.

3. Add your phone number
   • Label: "☎️ Call Us"
   • URL: Your phone number (e.g., +353 46 123456)
   • Click Create
4. Add your location
   • Label: "📍 Get Directions"
   • URL: Google Maps link to your venue
   • Click Create
5. Add a menu link (if you have one)
   • Label: "📋 View Menu"
   • URL: Link to your menu PDF or website
   • Click Create

Step 4: View Your Live Profile

After completing steps 1-3, your profile is live!
