Terms of Service

1) The Service

ClubLinkTag Wall lets hosts create a “wall” for an event and share a link/QR for guests to post photos and notes. Content may appear on TVs and browsers in near real-time depending on device and network.

• You are responsible for how you use the Service at your venue/event.
• Features may change as the platform evolves.
• Some walls may be subject to limits (e.g., photo count) depending on plan.

2) Accounts

To create and manage walls you may need a host account.

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• If you believe your account is compromised, contact us immediately.

3) Guest content rules

Guests may upload photos and notes. You agree that you (and your guests) will not post:

• Illegal content, harassment, hate, threats, or incitement
• Adult/explicit sexual content or exploitation
• Copyright-infringing content (upload only what you have rights to share)
• Personal data you do not have permission to share (e.g., private info)
• Malware, spam, or attempts to break/abuse the Service

You represent you have the necessary rights and permissions for anything you upload.

4) Moderation

Hosts may have moderation controls (approve/hide/delete) depending on settings and plan. We may also remove content or restrict walls/accounts if required for safety, legality, or platform integrity.

• We do not guarantee all content will be reviewed before appearing unless moderation is enabled.
• Hosts are encouraged to use moderation for public venues.

5) Plans & payments

Some features may require payment (e.g., higher media limits, add-ons). Payment processing may be handled by a third party (e.g., Stripe).

• Plan features and limits are described at purchase time.
• Taxes/VAT may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
• Refunds/cancellations (if offered) follow the rules shown at checkout or in your dashboard.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and software are owned by us and/or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service according to these Terms.

Your content: You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to host, process, display, and distribute that content within the Service so it works (e.g., showing on TV wall, thumbnails).

7) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific performance, or that content will always appear instantly.

• We are not responsible for guest behavior, venue rules, or third-party networks/devices.
• To the extent permitted by law, we limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

8) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts/walls for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland (unless mandatory local consumer laws apply).
