1) What we collect

Host account data

  • Email, password hash, username, name (and optional profile fields you provide)
  • Account status and login security signals (e.g., failed login count)

Guest posting data

  • Photos/notes posted to a wall (content depends on what guests submit)
  • Optional guest name (if enabled)
  • Technical identifiers to help prevent abuse (stored as hashes where possible)

Billing data

  • If you purchase upgrades, payment is processed by a payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We typically store customer/subscription IDs, not full card details.

2) How we use data

  • Provide the Service (create walls, display content, maintain accounts)
  • Prevent abuse and keep the platform stable (rate limiting, fraud/spam protection)
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Improve features and performance (aggregated insights)

4) Sharing

We may share data with trusted processors to run the Service:

  • Hosting/CDN/storage providers (to serve images and run the platform)
  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for billing
  • Analytics (if enabled) to understand usage (ideally aggregated)

  • Wall content (photos/notes) is kept per wall lifecycle and host actions (delete/hide), and may remain in backups temporarily.

  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Data portability (where applicable)
  • Withdraw consent (for marketing)
